Oxfam International is a confederation of 15 organizations working to find lasting solutions to poverty and injustice especially in less developed countries. In this project, Interface Consulting worked in association with GC Consultancy in 2008.
This document was a draft for the public health strategy designed for Oxfam’s Kitgum programme. Its purpose was to outline forward programming options to support recovery and longer term development in light of the changing security context (post LRA war) in Northern Uganda. It took into account and formed linkages with the priorities identified in the Country National Change Strategy.
