Naluubale Dam, famously known as Owen Falls Dam is preparing for reconstruction by Eskom Uganda. Interface Consulting Ltd partnered with Bridgezone Ltd (UK based) to inspect its structure. A team of expert divers produced underwater photos and videos which were used in the assessment of the Dam structure.
