Summary:

Interface provided project management services on this World Bank financed project to support the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) to implement a Resettlement Action Plan for businesses  households and individuals affected by planned city-wide improvements in roads, drainage and solid waste management  infrastructure.

We coordinated specialist inputs from a multi-disciplinary team of economists, financial analysts, land surveyors, valuation surveyors, design engineers, and urban sociologists. Other outputs included engineering design review, client liaison, reporting and project impact monitoring.
