Technical Support: Programme Monitoring and Evaluation of Civil Society Support

On this assignment Interface provided technical support to the DFID to enable them to better collate and analyse lessons learned from voice and accountability interventions they had supported throught their Civil Society Umbrella Programme between 2005 and 2010 in which 5Million Pound Sterling had been channeled to 28 civil society organizations.
Programme information was collated and analysed and then a database was designed and populated that enabled the continuous update and assessment against common indicators. In addition, technical support to improve monitoring of voice and accountability programmes and assessment of impact by grantees was provided.
